Risk of Loss
All purchases of products from CILWAZ are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier of the applicable products
Shipping, Returns, Refund, and Title
You are responsible for payment of all shipping charges, both for initial purchase of any product, as well as shipping charges for returns. CILWAZ does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our fulfillment center. CILWAZ only accepts returns of unused items that are shipped back to CILWAZ in the condition in which they were delivered, with proof of purchase, within 10 days of delivery of the products to you. If the product is not returned in the condition it was sent to you, CILWAZ reserves the right not to refund you for that purchase. Clearance products, gift certificates, personalized items, and items marked “Non-Returnable” or “Final Sale” (as indicated on the product page before placing your order) are not eligible for return.
